The 5×1000 is a choice that COSTS NOTHING, while being a fundamental help for a new association like cblC aps. It costs nothing because it consists of a small portion (5 per thousand!) of the personal income tax, therefore IT IS NOT AN ADDITIONAL FEE on top of what you already have to pay. This is a withholding tax that, rather than being collected by the tax authorities, can be allocated to the association or organization of your choice.
